Conversion of diesel engines for SVO/WVO operation - kits
If you want to enjoy a straight vegetable oil operation in your diesel engine, you should be well prepared for this with your oil and even your engine. We are well known and famous for our robust Single tank conversion kits for many small and medium size diesel engines. But beside this we developed even a very unique 2-tank solution, which especially designed for the newer and more sensitive injection systems. Both systems allow you to operate your engine on SVO or WVO (which will meet our fuel standards) and as well on diesel fuel.
Single-Tank-conversion kit - what works and what doesn't?
- Single tank conversion kits are available for all kind of diesel engines with a Pre- or Swirlchamber combustion system(indirect injection-IDI).Actually we do not offer systems for these engines if they are equipped with rotary pumps of following manufacturerers: CAV, Delphi, Rotodiesel, Stanadyne or Lucas.
- Beside this we do offer Single tank conversion systems for nearly all TDI-engines of the VAG-company (Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen, some engines of Ford, Mitsubishi and Volvo), if they are equipped with Bosch-rotary injection systems or Bosch unit injection systems(UI). We do not offer systems for these engines if they are equipped with a soot filter(DPF)* or a Bosch rotary pump VP44. (*we do offer electronic assistance if you want to remove or substitute this system)
2-Tank-conversion kit - what works and what doesn't?
- 2-Tank-conversion kits are available for nearly all kind and sizes of diesel engines. We usually focus on engines sizes from small cars up to Semi-trucks, larger engines sizes we handle on request.
- We do not offer conversion kits if the engines are equipped with soot filters(DPF or FAP)*, and engines with injection systems of following companies: CAV, Delphi, Rotodiesel, Stanadyne or Lucas. Furthermore we do not offer if there is a Bosch rotary pump VP44 fitted. (*we do offer electronic assistance if you want to remove or substitute this system)
